NEMT Coordination
Your Care Team Deserves.

Calling two or three NEMT companies to check availability shouldn't be part of your discharge workflow. NEMA NETWORK is built for skilled nursing facilities, hospice agencies, and RCFEs — post a transport request in under 60 seconds, a credentialed local provider claims it, and your team gets real-time status updates until the ride is done.

Transport Coordination at SNFs Is Broken

Your care coordinators are spending hours every week on a manual process that was never designed for healthcare settings. Here's what that costs you.

Hours Lost to Phone Tag

Your social worker calls three vendors, leaves two voicemails, gets a callback 45 minutes later — and sometimes still can't confirm the ride. Discharge coordinators report spending 3–4 hours per week on transport calls alone.

No Accountability When Things Go Wrong

A driver doesn't show. A patient misses their dialysis. There's no record, no recourse, and no way to prevent it next time — or document it for CMS if they ask.

Billing Chaos & Audit Risk

Paper invoices from five different vendors, no centralized records, and nothing audit-ready for CMS discharge documentation reviews. Reconciling transport invoices takes hours every billing cycle.

From Phone Tag to 60-Second Dispatch

Four simple steps replace hours of coordination. Your care team posts a trip — our platform handles everything else.

1

Post the Trip

Enter patient name, pickup address, destination, and transport type (ambulatory, wheelchair, or stretcher). Takes under 60 seconds.

Under 60 seconds
2

Provider Claims It

The request is routed to credentialed providers in our tiered network. The best-ranked available provider claims it instantly — no calls needed.

Instant confirmation
3

Status Updates in Real Time

The provider manually marks the ride En Route, Arrived, and Completed. Your coordinator sees each timestamp on the trip dashboard as it happens.

Timestamped updates
4

Documented & Billed

A completed trip record is automatically created. One monthly ACH invoice covers all trips — no paper chasing, no reconciliation headaches.

Audit-ready records

Built for How Your Facility Actually Works

Every feature in NEMA NETWORK was designed around the real workflow of SNF care coordinators — not generic dispatch software.

Ride Status Updates

Always Know Where the Ride Stands

Questions Facilities Ask Us

Honest answers to the things SNF administrators and care coordinators want to know before signing on.

Yes. NEMA NETWORK signs a Business Associate Agreement with every facility customer prior to onboarding. PHI transmitted through the platform is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is role-restricted and fully audit-logged. We are built for HIPAA-regulated environments.
No. NEMA NETWORK is designed to work alongside your existing vendor relationships. There is no exclusive contract requirement. You can use us for overflow trips, specific transport types, or as your primary network — whatever works for your facility.
Every provider in our network goes through a credentialing process before they can claim trips. We verify DMV records, vehicle insurance, applicable licenses, and NEMT-specific certifications. Credential documentation is available in your trip records for any completed ride.
A confirmed but incomplete trip is escalated through our system and flagged against the provider's performance record. No-show incidents directly impact a provider's tier ranking, which affects their access to future trips. You are not charged for trips that are not completed. Our accountability system is designed to make no-shows costly for providers.
Your facility receives a single monthly invoice covering all completed trips. The invoice is itemized by trip, patient (anonymized for privacy), date, transport type, and rate. Payment is collected via ACH. Rates are agreed upfront during onboarding — no surprise line items.
No subscription fee and no setup fee. NEMA NETWORK earns a small percentage of each completed trip — built into the rate you pay per ride. If a trip isn't completed, you don't pay. See our pricing page for full details.
We support ambulatory (seated), wheelchair (WC van), and stretcher transport. When posting a trip, you specify the level of care needed. Providers in our network are credentialed for their specific vehicle types — you'll only see confirmations from qualified providers for each trip type.
Yes. You can post recurring trip schedules for patients with regular appointments — such as dialysis three times per week. Each trip is tracked, documented, and billed individually, so your records are clean even for high-frequency patients.
